CANCELLATIONS

The Five Fields is a small restaurant. Subsequently, any last minute cancellations have a significant impact on our business and we, therefore, ask that any cancellations or changes to numbers are made at least 48 hours in advance of the reservation. A cancellation or change in numbers less than 48 hours in advance are liable to a charge of £95 per person for lunch and £160 per person for dinner and will be charged to the card details provided to secure the reservation. 

 

Although we will try to accommodate changes in numbers of guests, this may not always be able to be possible.

Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate children under the age of twelve.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

Please be aware that we offer a tasting menu only. While some allergies and dietary requirements can be accommodated to a certain degree and at our discretion not all can be. Please do give the restaurant a call to be sure we can make accommodate them.

DRESS CODE

We do not have a dress code, but we find that guests like do like to dress up so we recommend smart casual wear and request no sports wear.
